QUYẾT ĐỊNH
BAN HÀNH "DANH MỤC SẢN PHẨM THUỘC QUẢN LÝ CHUYÊN NGÀNH CỦA BỘ BƯU CHÍNH, VIỄN THÔNG BẮT BUỘC PHẢI CHỨNG NHẬN PHÙ HỢP TIÊU CHUẨN"

Căn cứ Pháp lệnh Bưu chính, Viễn
thông ngày 25 tháng 5 năm 2002;
Căn cứ Nghị định
số 90/2002/NĐ-CP ngày 11 tháng 11 năm 2002 của Chính phủ quy định chức năng,
nhiệm vụ, quyền hạn và cơ cấu tổ chức của Bộ Bưu chính, Viễn thông;
Căn cứ
Nghị định số 160/2004/NĐ-CP ngày 03 tháng 9 năm 2004 của Chính phủ quy định chi
tiết thi hành một số điều của Pháp lệnh Bưu chính, Viễn thông về Viễn thông;
Căn
cứ Nghị định số 24/2004/NĐ-CP ngày 14 tháng 01 năm 2004 của Chính phủ quy định
chi tiết thi hành một số điều của Pháp lệnh Bưu chính, Viễn thông về tần số vô
tuyến điện;
Căn cứ Nghị định số 179/2004/NĐ-CP ngày 21 tháng 10 năm 2004 của Chính phủ quy
định quản lý nhà nước về chất lượng hàng hóa;
Xét Tờ trình số 31/QLCL-CLSP ngày 12 tháng 9 năm 2006 của Cục trưởng Cục Quản lý
chất lượng Bưu chính, Viễn thông và Công nghệ thông tin;
Theo đề nghị của Vụ trưởng Vụ Khoa học – Công nghệ và Vụ trưởng Vụ Pháp chế,
QUYẾT ĐỊNH
Điều 1. Ban hành kèm theo Quyết định này "Danh mục sản phẩm thuộc quản lý chuyên ngành của Bộ Bưu chính, Viễn thông bắt buộc phải chứng nhận phù hợp tiêu chuẩn".
Điều 2. Quyết định này có hiệu lực thi hành sau mười lăm (15) ngày kể từ ngày đăng Công báo.
Quyết định này thay thế cho Quyết định số 477/2001/QĐ-TCBĐ ngày 15 tháng 6 năm 2001 của Tổng cục trưởng Tổng cục Bưu điện ban hành “Danh mục vật tư, thiết bị bưu chính, viễn thông bắt buộc phải chứng nhận hợp chuẩn”.
Điều 3. Chánh văn phòng, Vụ trưởng Vụ Khoa học - Công nghệ, Cục trưởng Cục Quản lý chất lượng Bưu chính, Viễn thông và Công nghệ thông tin, Thủ trưởng các cơ quan, đơn vị thuộc Bộ Bưu chính, Viễn thông và các tổ chức, cá nhân sản xuất, kinh doanh và sử dụng sản phẩm điện tử, viễn thông và công nghệ thông tin chịu trách nhiệm thi hành Quyết định này.

ON PROMULGATING "THE LIST OF PRODUCTS SUBJECT TO SPECIALIZED MANAGEMENT BY THE MINISTRY OF POSTS AND TELEMATICS AND COMPULSORY TO BE TYPE-APPROVED ".
Pursuant to the May 25, 2002
Post and Telecommunications Ordinance;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 90/ 2002/ND-CP of November 11, 2002,
defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the
Ministry of Post and Telematics;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 160/2004/ND-CP of September 3, 2004
detailing the implementation of a number of articles on telecommunications of
the posts and telecommunications ordinance;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 24/2004/ND-CP 0f January 14, 2004
detailing the implementation of a number of articles on radio frequency of the
posts and telecommunications ordinance;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 179/2004/ND-CP of October 21, 2004
regulating the state management on quality of goods and products;
Considering the Dispatch No. 31/QLCL-CLSP of September 12, 2006 submitted by
the Director General of the Posts and Telematics Quality
Control Directorate;
At the proposals of Director General of Science and Technology Department and
Director General of Legal Affairs Department,
DECIDES:
Article 1. To promulgate together with this Decision "The list of products subject to specialized management by the Ministry of Posts and Telematics and compulsory to be type-approved ".
This Decision replaces Decision No. 477/2001/QD-TCBD of Jun 15, 2001 of the Director General of Department General of Posts and telecommunications Promulgating the List of Posts and Telecommunications devices and equipments subject to Type Approval.
Article 3. The General
director of the Office, the General Director of Science and Technology
Department, the General directors of Departments, the heads of the units of the
Ministry of Post and Telematics; the heads of the concerned enterprises,
organizations and individuals trading and using electronics, telecommunications
and information technology products shall have to implement this Decision.
Receivers:

- People Committees of provinces and municipal cities;
- People's Supreme Courts
