QUYẾT ĐỊNH
VỀ VIỆC CÔNG BỐ DANH MỤC VĂN BẢN QUY PHẠM PHÁP LUẬT DO BỘ TÀI CHÍNH BAN HÀNH HẾT HIỆU LỰC PHÁP LUẬT, BỊ BÃI BỎ HOẶC CÓ VĂN BẢN THAY THẾ
BỘ TRƯỞNG BỘ TÀI CHÍNH
-
Căn cứ Luật ban hành văn bản quy phạm pháp luật ngày 12 tháng 11 năm 1996;
- Căn cứ Nghị định số 101/CP ngày 23/9/1997 của Chính phủ quy định chi tiết thi
hành một số điều của Luật ban hành văn bản quy phạm pháp luật;
- Căn cứ Nghị định số 178 - CP ngày 28/10/1994 của Chính phủ về nhiệm vụ, quyền
hạn và tổ chức bộ máy Bộ Tài chính;
Theo đề nghị của Vụ trưởng Vụ Chính sách tài chính.
QUYẾT ĐỊNH:
Điều 1: Nay công bố Danh mục văn bản quy phạm pháp luật do Bộ Tài chính ban hành đến ngày 31 tháng 12 năm 2001 đã hết hiệu lực thi hành gồm 51 văn bản (Có danh mục kèm theo).
Điều 2: Quyết định này có hiệu lực thi hành sau 15 ngày, kể từ ngày ký.
Điều 3: Các Bộ, cơ quan ngang Bộ, cơ quan thuộc Chính phủ, Uỷ ban nhân dân các tỉnh, thành phố trực thuộc Trung ương và các đơn vị thuộc, trực thuộc Bộ Tài chính có trách nhiệm thi hành Quyết định này./.

ANNOUNCING
THE LIST OF LEGAL DOCUMENTS PROMULGATED BY THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE, WHICH CEASE
TO BE EFFECTIVE, ARE ANNULLED OR SUPERSEDED BY OTHERS
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to the Law on
Promulgation of Legal Documents of November 12, 1996;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No.101/CP of September 23, 1997 detailing
the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Promulgation of Legal
Documents;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No.178-CP of October 28, 1994 on the tasks,
powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
At the proposal of the director of the Department of Financial Policies,
DECIDES:
Article 1.- To announce the list of 51 legal documents promulgated by the Ministry of Finance up to December 31, 2001, which cease to be effective (enclosed herewith).
Article 2.- This Decision takes effect 15 days after its signing.
Article 3.- The ministries, the ministerial-level agencies, the agencies attached to the Government, the People’s Committees of the provinces and centrally-run cities and the units under and attached to the Ministry of Finance shall have to implement this Decision.
